Alex Falcone
Alex Falcone
Alex Falcone is a comedian of average height living in Portland, OR. He writes a column about movies for The Willamette Week and is the creator and host of the live talk show Late Night Action w/ Alex Falcone and the surprisingly popular podcast Read it and Weep, in which people pay him to suffer through bad books and movies. One time he was on the IFC show Portlandia and he still gets emails about it.
Despite these modest accomplishments, he somehow remains totally down to earth and approachable.
Adam Pasi
Adam Pasi
Born in Tacoma, WA, and raised on U.S. Army bases on the East Coast and in Germany, Adam Pasi is a Portland comic who varies between storytelling and voicing opinions on the world around him that he admits tend to end in a trivial call to arms. Adam has performed on the Bridgetown, Limestone, and Wenatchee Comedy festivals, and is also a three-time finalist in Portland's Funniest Person contest. Frequently intense, but never taking himself too seriously, Adam encourages all who will listen to join him in his mostly imaginary, but usually amusing crusade against...well, he's not sure. He just knows that loud and silly is the only way to fight it.
Robbie Pankow
Robbie Pankow
Robbie Pankow is a comedian and podcaster born and raised in Portland, OR. He has been described as "right in my wheelhouse" by some and "acceptable" by others. He placed in the finals of Helium Comedy Club's "Portland's Funniest Person" Contest in 2015. His podcast, Eat Food, Already and monthly showcase Whatever Forever have been taking Portland by a light storm and if he somehow gets his way, it's only gettin stormier!
Noah Kite
Noah Kite
Noah Kite's music has traversed genres and continents in recent years. He spent his late teens playing lead guitar in various Portland OR bands, formed his own groups in his early twenties, and eventually made his way to Versailles, and then Paris. Previous endeavors like Zinnie for Short — a folk/post rock outfit — gave way to a solo project more open to classical and jazz influences. In the suburbs of Paris, his music turned toward a kind of chamber pop with teeth — a folk rock both lush and a little angry, inspired by days spent teaching English to Parisian children, a foreign culture's response to terrorism, and a withering long-distance relationship. After finishing his teaching stint, Kite opened the songs up: He toured Belgium, France, Germany, and Italy (performing in the small cafes of Antwerp and the red brick crenellations of old Italian cities like San Gimignano and Pistoia) before returning to Portland to record his upcoming self-titled release.
