Nariko Ott
Nariko Ott
Named one of SplitSider Magazine's "Top Up and Coming Comedians" in 2015, Nariko Ott is definitely a name you won't forget. Since moving to Oregon to begin stand-up in 2011 Nariko has been named finalist in both the 2012 “Willamette Valley’s Funniest Person” contest & the 2013 “Portland’s Funniest Person” contest (3rd in 2015). He’s been accepted into the Seattle International Comedy Competition, the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, The Redwood Comedy Festival and the Idaho Laugh Fest. Always working, Nariko has established himself in the comedy community by regularly hosting at Harvey’s Comedy Club as well as at Helium Comedy Club. He’s the co-producer of “Lex Hilaris” a comedy & metal showcase and "No Pun Intendo." The Willamette Week also recently named Nariko Ott as a member of their “Funniest Five,” their ranking of the top 5 funniest people in the city.
Caitlin Weierhauser
Caitlin Weierhauser
Caitlin Weierhauser spent her childhood in an Ewok tree fort with a rubber band cross-bow, her wolf, and a budding resentment of The Man. She grew up to be a tantrum-prone queer, feminist, vegan liar that creates safer comedy spaces and is never happier than when she's mad.

Caitlin is a member of Lez Stand Up and has performed at All Jane Comedy Festival, Bumbershoot, and Bridgetown Comedy Festival. She was included in the AfterEllen list of "40 Hot Queer Ladies in Comedy," and plans to take down the patriarchy by Christmas.
JoAnn Schinderle
JoAnn Schinderle
JoAnn Schinderle hails from the upper Midwest and despite being a Portlander now, will probably never lose her “hot dish” accent. (Hot Dish ingredients include but are not limited to: Beef, noodles, cream of mushroom soup, tater tots, and an iron clad stomach).

JoAnn was recently a finalist in Portland’s Funniest Person Contest 2015 and has performed across the country in such festivals as Bumbershoot, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Chicago Comedy Exposition, SF Sketchfest (‘16,‘15,‘14), Hell Yes Fest, All Jane No Dick Comedy Festival (‘13,‘14), Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, as well as having won multiple rounds of Competitive Erotic Fan Fiction. Schinderle has been known to win crowds over with her pervy charm. JoAnn also had the honor of opening for Lena Dunham on her ‘Not That Kind of Girl’ book tour in a sold out show at Portland’s Newmark Theatre.

As a working stand-up at Helium Comedy Club- Portland, her humor is relatable, snarky, and has a storytelling style that will make you feel like she’s your best friend letting you in on a secret. Also trained as an improvisor through courses at Second City Training Center and Curious Comedy Theater, JoAnn creates big characters and will “yes and” the shit out of you. JoAnn has appeared on Rooftop Comedy, Fight Stigma Web Series, and is a contributing writer for Laugh Staff. She also hosts, curates, and produces a weekly showcase called Control Yourself: A Showcase of Funny, which has been featured as 'Top 5 Portland Comedy Showcases to Watch’ 2years running by the Willamette Week. Control Yourself (which was also featured in Paste Magazine) runs every Sunday at Alberta Street Pub in NE Portland.

Anthony Lopez
Anthony Lopez
Lopez gets my vote as one of the best local young comedians. -Portland Stage reviews. Anthony Lopez has performed at Bumbershoot, The Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Seattle's Comedy Underground, UCB East and opened for the Whitest Kids you Know. Hailing from Portland, Anthony Lopez started performing stand up in 2009, blending absurd humor with heartfelt stories from his life. His wide expanse of subject matters allow him to be comfortable, and kill, in any room, from Helium Comedy Club– where he was one of 10 finalists from a field of almost 100 comedians in the 2012 Funniest Person in Portland Contest– to dive bars, laundry mats, and The Orycon Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention. Leo Islo
Leo Islo
Leo Islo is the stage persona of Producer/ Singer/ Songwriter Matt Pahler. Born in Santiago, Chile, raised in Flagstaff, AZ, and now a transplant in Pacific Northwest city of Portland, OR, Pahler has amassed an eclectic mix of audio and visual inspiration from the world around him. His wanderlust is prominently displayed in his use of retro-soaked synths, ethereal pop vocals, warm guitar lines, and analog driven beats. Islo’s lyrics often focus on introspection, ephemeral mortality, and fleeting nostalgia, shifting between lo-fi pop, house, and chillwave seamlessly.
